Waar kan ik het serienummer vinden?
Je kan het serienummer van je product vinden in je gebruikershandleiding, op pagina 2 of op de achterkant van het boekje. Je kunt het herkennen aan het nummer dat begint met een S … en in totaal 14 tekens lang is.
Het serienummer staat ook op de rolstoel zelf; tussen de accu’s of op een witte sticker rolstoel.
Hoe vaak moet ik mijn accu’s opladen?
Hoe vaak je je accu’s moet opladen, hangt af van hoe vaak je je elektrische rolstoel gebruikt.
Als je dagelijks gebruik maakt van je elektrische rolstoel, raden we het aan om de accu’s na dagelijks gebruik minimaal 8 tot 14 uur op te laden. Als je minder regelmatig gebruik maak van je elektrische rolstoel, laad dan twee keer per week 8 tot 14 uur de accu’s op voor een onderhoudslading. Het is wel beter om de accu’s niet langer dan 14 uur opeenvolgend op te laden. Raadpleeg de gebruikershandleiding die bij uw acculader is geleverd voor extra informatie.
Waar kan ik mijn elektrische rolstoel laten repareren?
Als je rolstoel elke dag wordt gebruikt, en veel mee wordt gereden, kunnen er uiteindelijk reparaties nodig zijn. Of het nu gaat om een eenvoudige reparatie of om iets ingewikkelds, je dealer kan helpen! Regelmatige onderhoudsbeurten zijn essentieel om je rolstoel soepel te laten rijden.
Maak een afspraak bij je dealer als je rolstoel onderhoud nodig heeft. Om veiligheidsredenen raden we consumenten af om zelf reparaties uit te voeren.
